Offensive, no. Do you know who Digital Igloo is? He has more than a little skin in the game, and a helluva a lot of time invested in digital technology. Only Spiderman can detect 1ms of latency, but it's DI's day job to know the specs of the gear and also the demands of the customers. If the internet makes a stink about latency, then he has to know all the numbers of his stuff as well as his competitors'.

Either way, I think that's enough of a derail. My original point was that I believe the Hotone Stomp II punches well above it's weight. I would rank it higher, but that's my opinion. I think it stands above other Chinese products in the segment.
