What are we watching now?

So funny as i just finished Breaking Bad a while ago and i was lazy surfing the tv and a movie with Walter in a wheelchair started. It was a nice one. Feel good stuff (generally not my thing, real life stuff…) that actually was good.

I mean… the man grew on me somewhat during breaking bad.. learned to like him. But now… damn… that man is a good actor. The subtle face things he does… sick.

Brian Cranston is great. For more, check out "Your Honor". Great series.

We started the morning with some coffee and more Xena. It was an episode guest starring Bruce Campbell as the king of thieves. Bless that man and his glorious chin! :ROFLMAO:

I tried watching this but 99% of it was BC talking. Let the man speak, Billy!

Haha! I felt that, too.

I love how hard BC tries not to be a flaming narcissist. He apologized profusely,
but still can't help himself.

"That reminds me of a story, if you don't mind, Wolfie..... "

"Sure. Go ahead."
10 minutes later...... Billy is still getting to the point. :brick

Some great tales, though... and some seldom known facts.... like EVH's All-Time Fav Album. :beer

I signed up for the free trial on Friday so I could watch The Gorge. All over the place flick but somehow; quite enjoyable. Definite Apple TV experience where you see as many paid things that aren't free vs. content they actually host. We tried a few episodes of Severance and I know it's supposed to be good. Adam Scott is hard to get past the StepBrothers attachment more than anything else. And that sneaking suspicion it's going to be Lost v2.

That was the EXACT reason I had trouble even starting the show. I assumed it was a comedy. But yes, it’s on a similar level as Lost, but the writing, acting, directing… everything is so much better.

I do the rotate subscriptions thing. Have Netflix and Prime right now.

Once they run their course I'll cancel one of them and do the A-thing.

Discipline is hard.

Lost was fine (damn good!) at first when it still felt like they knew where they were going. What I don't want in any show is a long drawn out thing that gets boiled down to dream sequence or whatever "easy" explanation after 197 episodes. I need to remember where I left off and start it back up in the next few days before the trial runs out.

Watching TNA Impact! instead of Elimination Chamber, because I have zero interest in old man turning heel and the obvious direction they will be going at Wrestlemania. WWE just saved me 8-9 hours. Thanks!

I'm almost ashamed I found a bunch of the old Charlie Chan movies on youtube and have started watching those. There's even one with Boris Karloff as a guest lead.
