Spend a couple of hours tweaking the Cab-Lab 4 packs that I have purchased. Find a "eureka!!" tone. Load the IR to the Axe-FX. Play with joy for a while. Compare it with my old Dyna-Cab settings... Just to find that that the result is almost identical to what I already had using the Axe-FX internal Dyna-Cabs and mics
This, or even better when you do all that tweaking to get to something you really like (!!!) and then you ultimately end up using those 3 static IR’s that you’ve been using since forever anyway.
Even worst: I can spend long time tweaking things because they do not sound like my old favorite preset. e.g.: to adventure using a new amp, or a preset from other, and force it to sound like the JS2450 that I always use. This, or even better when you do all that tweaking to get to something you really like (!!!) and then you ultimately end up using those 3 static IR’s that you’ve been using since forever anyway.
