I don't know, but for some reason it reminded me of Adriene in the 90's point and click horror adventure game, Phantasmagoria, where she gets her head ripped open by a demonic entity which flew out of her husbands chest after she uses a mechanical death-chair on him to split him in two with a giant war axe.
