Yeah use the CrossFit or whatever the dual delay with crossfeed is. Raise up the mod depth to get the modulation. Make sure X feed it set to 5 for maximum cross feedback.

I also love Timmons's tone, and every now and then I try to reach his fantastic guitar tone.
Crisscross delay is the effect similar to the Halo pedal and I also keep on changing its parameters to get closer to Andy's sound.
At the moment my own version is this, but tomorrow it could be different. It's important to take note that I put the delay after the amp (and that's the reason for the narrow low/high cuts), on the contrary Andy uses it BEFORE the amp with a clean tone, and all the gain comes from his pedals.
