who cancelled 2x, and now the rhythm guitarist who cancelled this week.

Time to co-opt the singer and drummer and expel these turds

Meanwhile, one of my best buds who I have jammed with for 20 years lets me know
that neither the singer nor drummer will be showing tonight for our weekly jam.

We still getting together.

+1, Steal the talent, drop the prima-donna's. You could cover the rhythm guitar in the meantime and finding a bass player shouldnt be too difficult. Even if the replacements are not that good, if they can follow directions and show up, that's 95% of the game.

Haha! I am not going to be THAT guy, JT. I may have once been THAT guy. I am too old for that shit.

This girl just wants to have fun. It'll be what it will be.

There's nowhere to play anyways. I don't want to gig. I am over that. Did my time. Had my fun.

I am more keen on building a relationship with the singer and being mostly chill and laidback.
Be a cool hang. Show up when asked. Know some tunes. Learn a few others. Write some original
tunes (which was part of the original intent according to the singer), and see how his studio build
in the warehouse goes. Fuck. I'd even offer my hands and time to pack insulation and hang sheetrock
if asked.

Too many uptight, eager, have to get some place yesterday types in this world as it is. That's not my jam
at this late(r) stage in life. Not that anyone asked.
