Nothing comes close to freshly baked bread at home.

100% :beer

If I had more time and was Betty Homemaker... or Benny Homemaker... :lol ... I would
make all my Bread from scratch. Tortillas, too. :chef

Being pretty much snowed in this weekend made the all day process feasible.
I have some leftover Beer (Stout) so I am thinking I may try and make a couple
more loaves today.

I like my tofu block marinated with basil. :idk

But once a week I can't help but munch on a meal of meatballs.

I tried getting into tofu so many times when I was doing the plant-based thing, but I just can’t do it. I’ve prepared it in EVERY possible way and it just won’t work for me, I can’t do the texture. The closest I got was frying it which gave it a little crispy texture but still, that middle was like coagulated nothing. :rofl
No toad food for me please!

My wife made a focaccia the other night that was out of this world.

Dang! That's some great wifing right there. :beer

I have yet to try and make Focaccia. It kind of intimidates me because it is such
an hydrated dough and super wet and tacky. Maybe that is why you put a gallon
of Olive Oil on it when working it.
