Good looking job!

But at the risk of someone thinking I'm pointing out a negative, I'm noticing that back panel looks awfully close to the power tubes.
Wouldn't want that wood to be at risk of a fire, if it got too hot.

Every picture I looked at online of the rear of a Mk IV does have what looks like a location to attach some sort of "plate/panel" across the back of the shell, but in all those pics, it doesn't exist. Like it was removed.

Actually I found one in which it's installed, but it's obviously set further away from the tubes than yours is:

If it were mine, I'd get them to move the 2 attachment blocks (the ones attached to the inside of the shell, on each side) further toward the rear (like you can see in both pics above), or add some type of spacers. Something to get that panel further away from those tubes.

Actually, I'd probably just lose it all together. Like I said, most pics didn't even have it installed. Like someone went to change the tubes, and lost it. I'd bet that shell is strong enough to not even need it.

Enjoy!!

I'm not sure it's the same for all, but on my IVb thats where you attach the footswitch when not in use.

Those brackets in the back are actually to hold the footswitch for transport

Thanks all! Have tomorrow off work so hopefully can grab it then

I'll do an assessment in person, but yeah as others have mentioned those blocks stock are actually to attach the footswitch. I'm guessing that pic with a panel is "aftermarket"

Actually I'm guessing that whole shell is also an aftermarket conversion (or cut down combo) because I don't see a reverb tank in there.

Definitely a tight squeeze with the shortbody along with the reverb tank and fan getting crammed in there though

If it is really a fire hazard I'd just take it off, having the blocks/panel further out would definitely trigger my OCD lol
