I think it depends. Some are done for a demo at a SW event and then boxed up....others are in fact returned. Is "Demo" another name for "returned"?
Yep. I’ve bought lots of demo stuff at SW over the years and never had an issue.I think it depends. Some are done for a demo at a SW event and then boxed up....others are in fact returned.
Nope. Buying gear requires all kinds of cognitive skills like gear math, seeing, pressing, and wanting. Is it stupid to buy a Katana 100 just to use the power amp input with the Pod Express?
Did you go down the slide?Clearly you’ve never visited Sweetwater.com after a decent-sized gummy.
If a bass version pops up as a demo, it's probably mine...Ugggh!Incoming L6 PE. 2 Pod Express demo units popped up on Sweetwater a little while ago so I snagged one for myself.
FREE shipping & 2 year warranty, so I thought, why not. Sounds like fun.
I know the demos disappear REAL fast. There was 3 yesterday afternoon and they were gone in a couple hours.....!!
I just realized that you wrote Sweetwater “.com.”You know, I was there (NOT under any influence) and I didn’t. The slide just looked like it wouldn’t fit my ass.
Gear math is fun. I guess I’m just not sure if it’s worth spending money on all the katanas knobs if I’ll only use it as a power amp for the pod express at this point.Nope. Buying gear requires all kinds of cognitive skills like gear math, seeing, pressing, and wanting.
But seriously, nope.
I would guess it’s something grabbed out of the Legacy stuff. Can’t remember if there’s a “Space” in the Legacy reverbs though.
- The Space reverb is cool, but, am i crazy or is this a brand new algorithm? Can't recall it being available on other HX products.
I don’t know of a powered guitar cab that’s cheaper. Just consider the Katanas modeling and knobs a bonus.Gear math is fun. I guess I’m just not sure if it’s worth spending money on all the katanas knobs if I’ll only use it as a power amp for the pod express at this point.
