I had to double check myself, but I have only bought one pedal in 2025 so far - the white DS-1 that others have mentioned. And which goes with my black one, the mirror orange one, the stock orange one, and the Waza.

...which is an example of why I need no more pedals.

I will very probably have acquired yet another pedal in approximately 72 hours, since some local guy is selling a V1 Tru-Fi Super Fuzz for 120€ and I can't resist a good deal.

I'm selling off a few others though, which makes a purchase easier to "justify" at home.

I may actually be selling a lot of pedals in the coming year. I've kind of locked in on a subset of my favorites. That said, I do sometimes enjoy having a collection, and it certainly prevents me from buying more pedals.

I've gotten a few. I had the mindset that I need these pedals only to find out that I prefer a simple boost.

Bought probably my 4th Maxon 808 which I will keep and I got a VFE dragon and a VFE standout which I "had to have" but are now for sale.

Only have one amp at the moment. The thing that sucks about boost pedals for me is that there are so many to choose from, every pedal works better or worse with different amps and I only need one boost.

Swiss Things is kind of infuriating because it’s almost perfect for me… but they don’t give any way to toggle between the loops. And the switches are on opposite sides so you can’t even hit both together.

If only it had an internal switch option to make one of the footswitches toggle between the loops…

I wondered about that, but I’m guessing it might be complicated because of their flexi-switches. I’ve thought about emailing them and seeing if there’s any chance of getting a custom one, but that’s probably a long shot

That's awkward... Do you need anything besides toggling between two loops? If not, I guess there's a bunch of viable options out there: Boss LS-2, EHX Switchblade Pro, Joyo Orthros, COG Effects Rogue Leader, to name a few.

With the Swiss Thing, having all of that functionality in one box would be amazing. I would use it all.

I just got an email back from them that it’s not possible. Typical marketing speak about how not offering that functionality somehow offers more flexibility
