Have You Bought Any Pedals Lately In 2025?

I want a Meowdulator so I can play the synth part in Black Sabbath’s Who Are You with cat sounds.

There’s a few cat themed pedals I want from B’s Music. His latest Mews Driver (Timmons Mk III Driver) with Andy’s cats on it is one.

I'll have to try that. I played an all-cat version of For Whom the Bell Tolls at one point.

MXR/CAE Boost Line Driver
JHS Harmonic Trem (the other contender was the classic boss tremolo)
TC Electronics Hall of Fame 2 (choosed this one over the EQD dispatch master and the J Rockett Boing because the HoF is a workhorse I already had in the past)

I'll put them at work in the next few days.

I basically don't have more room on the board I might be done for a while, I guess.

That MXR/CAE Line Driver is awesome and packs a lot of clean volume while retaining clarity. Its blue LED is a cruel one tho...

I had one in the past and put some tape over that led

You just stick onto a bright light to dull it down.

I used pink nail polish over my mxr 108 fuzz.
Works!

I bought an EHX Lizard Queen as an impulse buy. The circuit is a Bazz Fuss into a Push Me Pull You. I wanted to build one 15 years ago and this is not all that much more expensive than buying the the individual parts.

I’m waiting on a Crowther Audio Hotcake that is supposed to be delivered today. They’re back in stock in the US, after being unavailable for what seems like a year.
