A shrug? I think somebody broke your sarcasm detector......View attachment 8789
You misinterpreted my shrug! I was playing along with what you were saying and your sarcasm. Y'know... conspirationally?

Was it really a complaint though? (I didn't read it.) It's in Beta right now, and people report everything they notice (as they should), even if it doesn't necessarily negatively affect the experience, in case something innocuous is related to something important, or gives the devs a clue to something they may need to check closer.one complaint I am seeing on The FAS forum for the FM3 , I kid you not
One user states his boot time has gone from 15 second to a full 32
That would definitely suck if it froze or suddenly lost power during a gig and you had to wait 45 seconds for it to restart. No worries. For what it's worth, I wouldn't really care if it took 45 seconds to boot the firmware (and it's worth waiting for). First world problems and all that!
I've found that even with single mics - i like adjust to the align rather than using low pass filters - sounds more natural to me. First learnt about this from some of the ML Soundlab videos for Mikko 2Yeah I'm consistently doing this any time I use dynacabs now. Definitely adds some more vibe and mimics the "close enough is good enough" workflow with real mics.
Most of us are used to tube amps taking a while to warm up, so you turn it on, pick up a guitar, tune it and then flick the amp off standby. Long startup times for modelers are exactly the same thing.one complaint I am seeing on The FAS forum for the FM3 , I kid you not

Well that's going to ruin your gig for sure
Technically true since more presets = more toan = longer load times.Toanz are in the boot times ....

It's weird how those things add up and how your frame of reference matters.Kemper boot time felt like an absolute eternity. Wasn't a big fan of that, despite it not being some sort of catastrophic issue.
Is that irony?Toanz are in the boot times ....
that's like......the whole point of a beta. Was it really a complaint though? (I didn't read it.) I suspect and FM3 turbo with the MK2 chassis w the bigger screens at some pointI’ve been musing over some of the (sometimes very loosely) teased features/models and products under the Fractal banner. Have I missed any?
With the exception of CabLab 4, I wonder what from this list will eventually see the light of day. The LB1, for example, was spoken of in rather definitive terms, but that was almost 7 years ago.
Then there are other “what will happen?” items such as the FM3 USB-A port and the Amp Matching patent.
- Products
- LB1 Load Box - LB2 with IR loading and effects
- CabLab 4 - truly does seem to be coming soon with DynaCab rolling out
- FM0 - FM3 sans footswitches
- Models
