It's set to ALL. It's less than 1%. There's absolutely no reason not to have it on
Edit: I'm on turbo, no idea how it is on naturally aspirated. Maybe slightly more

Kill Dry seems a logical addiction.

But not Reverb. Reverb runs on the main DSP in a FM3. The CPU hit of the improvements would be too high, I guess. No worries, the reverbs are already fantastic.

hrm. So…fm3 with polyeffects convolution reverb pedal, or FM9?

If you like everything else in the box and reverb is the only gap for you: FM9. If you dislike numerous things and reverb is just one of them, and you’re curious about other pedals: FM3 plus pedals.

Personally after a couple of years running Helix with outboard pedals to handle the things I didn’t care for, I can say I’m much happier using an FM9 and having everything in one box.

I mean, I’m the guy that would prefer a. fM0 to an FM3, and even my most complicated patches come nowhere near maxing out the FM3.

I think putting a (mono) reverb pedal in an effects loop on the FM3 uses up output 2 so I couldn’t have output 1 & 2 as dedicated separate outputs for cab sim and non-cab-sim? That’s kind of the biggest draw atm?

Ok, so I just spent a solid hour getting lost, jamming with the 50W Plexi model and there’s definitely some mojo going on with the new firmware. That signature “bark” feels like it’s “exploding” when say, hitting an A chord. The feel of the power section seems to be more distinguishable when it’s lowered or increased.

I’m going to dig into some of the new models this evening and re-dial in a few of my presets. But so far…
