It probably won't end up on any P&W boards within the foreseeable future.EHX has been a crap shoot, reliability wise for me every single time. That name is a bit off putting as well I'd certainly be interested in giving a rip through one, though

Not at all, as long as you don't buy more than one.I kind of want one because it is probably utterly ridiculous and something I would likely not
find useful. Is that weird?
Nah, I know what you mean but some years ago I learned to be fond of Boss drives again, seriously. Not rockin' any right now, but there's a reason some of them are industry standards and have been in production for 40 years.I feel about EH distortion like I feel about Boss distortion---especially the higher up the ladder of gain
you go, where the results get worse and worse.
Couldn't agree more, especially when it comes to the SD-1.We all have to draw the line somewhere.
I love an SD-1.
I am on board with their iconic overdrives. They lose me when it gets
to distortion and the transistor gain gets ratcheted up. I just can't. As
much as they may have worked for other people it is not someplace I
ever want to revisit.
Dude, Hell Melter into a Randall Satan. You’ve captured the demons, now they work for you and your toan.It probably won't end up on any P&W boards within the foreseeable future.
