Can someone explain Fargo?

Did he though? Keep thinking of his final scene where he's being shown to his new shitty little office in the mob's downtown high-rise.
Plus the fact he was probably wiped out by Malvo at the tail end of Season 1 with the rest of the high rise folks

Wow, just read something that had never clicked before. The unique dress of Wrench and Numbers was an intentional nod by the director.

Season 5 starts insane and keeps up. I love the dynamic of the story and how there is always a 'Minnesota' ( add accent) :ROFLMAO: female cop who is clever. Can't wait to see what happens to her dead beat hubby

Next time you're watching the movie look for the direct nods to Stanley Kubrick that the Cohens included.

Full Metal Jacket - the use of the song These Boots Were Made for Walking in the garage when Jerry talks with Shemp.
Clockwork Orange - Carl tells the barkeep that him and Gaear are in town 'for a little in and out - wink wink'.
Same phrase Alex uses for sex in C.O.
The Shining - After screwing the girls Carl and Gaear are shown watching The Tonight Show - Here's Johnny!
The next morning there's a long shot of Paul Bunyon and his axe.
When Jerry's wife hides in the bathroom she looks up to see the window is too small to escape from.
Gaear's breaking through the bathroom door.

Finished season 5 **Spoiler alerts** Did not like several aspects. Others loved. Why kill the good cop who was protecting Dot???
The sons end was fitting
The Sheriff needed to be shot again, but I guess he will suffer in prison in untold ways?

Ok, who is the kooky guy with the dress and 3 stooges haircut? And was he coming to finish the fight with Dot at the end and she 'charmed' him or?? :idk @Achilles need your insight dude!

Ok, just found this and it makes more sense

Witt joins an FBI team to sneak onto Roy's ranch to rescue Dot. Roy murders his father-in-law, who runs the militia; Karen witnesses this and flees. Roy chases her, only to be confronted by Dot, who shoots him in the abdomen. Before she can shoot again, the FBI team arrives to retrieve her and arrest Karen while a wounded Roy flees. Witt pursues him into the dugout, only for Roy to stab him to death. Roy attempts to escape via a tunnel in the dugout, only to be arrested by the FBI, who were alerted to his location by Gator. Dot and Gator reconcile. A year later, Dot and Indira visit Witt's grave. Lorraine visits Roy in prison and tells him she is helping the other prisoners repay their debts, in return for terrorizing Roy in prison. Dot and Scotty return home to find Wayne entertaining a visitor: Munch. Munch explains Dot still owes him a debt for injuring him during their first encounter, but Dot challenges his worldview and offers him a meal if he will help cook. She teaches him to make biscuits, and he joins the family for dinner. He tells the family of the cursed existence he has lived ever since consuming another man's sins centuries ago.

**Dot assures him he can be free by eating a meal made with love and offered freely, offering him a biscuit. After a moment of hesitation, Munch eats it and smiles cathartically.
