Using this with heaphones is actually quite nice. I pretty much despise playing guitar with headphones, but I spent a good hour last night playing the GM800 with cans on and it was pretty cool. Piano/synth seems to lend itself to a better headphone experience.

I'm in love with the gm-800 Been playing it like 2 hours a day, and when not playing it, I'm in zenology pro building sound packs. I got all 131 sound packs done, and quite a few of the PRST packs done, and still working on more!

Got my GK5 mounted. Tracking is a bit faster than the GK3. It's mounted lower than my GK3 was. I'll be returning the A>D converter and grabbing the D>A for my SY down the road. GK5 2 will be otw for the Bumblebee.

Someone on other forum recommended this. Looks good. Wireless and you can switch up to 10 things right from your guitar with the little pad that sticks on it. Be nice for the gm-800 and for those who will miss the s1 / s2 switches if they're using the new gk-5 pickup.

A single ply guard would have solved this dilemma a while back. 3 ply is too thick!

Thing is, you and I know he will never have the correct size shim available.
