Good point.
We'd love to see and hear it.My oldest is a Fender Wildwood II acoustic from the 1960s.
The one I've had longest is an Electra Les Paul Custom copy from 1971.
Big fan of Steinberger.
This one is kinda of interesting in that this model came out of Gibson's Nashville plant, but instead of a serial number starting with TN# it has a Newburgh, NY serial starting with N#.Big fan of Steinberger.

Yep, I was surprised how light it was. Wonderful guitar. Enjoy the one you have!Yeah, great area for 175s. Build much lighter then they did in the 80s…so much more resonant.
That’d be the 80’s Warlock I have that I really need to slap some paint on and put back together. I can’t remember if it’s an ‘87 or an ‘84.
I went to school with Mark Hankin whose father owned the George Washington Motor Lodge. Once a week the school took our class there for swimming in the Lodge's swimming pool. Good times.1971 SG200. Bought it at Suburban Music (now something else) in Glenside PA in 1972, I worked for 6 months as a busboy at the George Washington Motor Lodge in Plymouth Meeting (also long gone) to earn the $ 200 or $250 (forget which) to buy it.
Second oldest is a 1972 ES325TD I bought with a $300 tax return in 1976.

Yeah, the Hankins owned it and also the one in King Of Prussia, among other properties. My dad worked with PennDOT as a right of way assessor for the state and was dealing with the owners, in particular Mo, which led to an interesting outcome.
I worked there as a busboy/room service on weekends from about Jan to May or June 1972. One of the waitresses accused me of stealing tips, which I wasn't, and which caught me by surprise when ol' Mo called me into his office to grill me about. I denied it, and shortly thereafter quit, I had enough beans for the axe. My dad was not happy about my being unfairly accused. So as a result, as I understand it, PennDOT really wanted one of Hankins' properties as a right of way for a road somewhere, so my dad assessed property value such that ol' Mo received only pennies on the dollar on the value of the property. Breaks my heart. Not. > sad trombone<
What area you in?
