The BD-2 is cool if the amp doesn't require a low end roll off or midrange focus. My SD-1 is my go to boost pedal. If not that I also like my Keeley Super Phat Mod (modified BD-2 circuit). Both are great boosts and can add some serious grit too.
Yeah, but supporting Mike is supporting Jackson Audio.OCD, Rat, Blues Driver. In case I already haven't answered
I have clones I don't follow that drama either.Yeah, but supporting Mike is supporting Jackson Audio.
I might have a Mooer Hustle Drive somewhere. I wouldnt mind an Aion FX clone.I have clones I don't follow that drama either.
Hustle Drive is great! My other OCD clone died here a few days agoI might have a Mooer Hustle Drive somewhere. I wouldnt mind an Aion FX clone.
Honestly it sounds amazing into a Fender. It’s like a “more” pedal for a Fender amp.The BD-2 is cool if the amp doesn't require a low end roll off or midrange focus.
That ZIO looks so tempting...5 pages into this thread and no one has mentioned the King of Tone?
Unbelievable!
Well, for me the KOT as a least boost, as well as the EP booster. For analog clean boost or preamp, the source audio Zio. Analog clean and mid boost, the Suhr Koko boost.
Yes it’s a swiss army knife, and that studio mode with pultec eqThat ZIO looks so tempting...
either a fortin grind, or a maxon st9 pro plus depends on my mood that day lolView attachment 34254
I use two on my pedalboard; one at 6dB and for pickup enhancement and the second to drive my line stronger with a 9 dB boost to the rack and hit the two 12ax7 tubes in the Digitech 2112 SGS and the 12ax7 tubes in two VHT Valvulator 1's harder.
And it doesn't mess with the headroom in my signal , with those two Pickup Boosters.
