No trucks No roads challenge!!! Damnit!

And yeah… the damn truck breaks everything, and makes you turn the game into something completely else! Seems even worse in DS2 with some weird coffin thing

I wish you could use the Coffin Board with Floating Carriers tied to you. Basically surf board + carriers. That would make the game a lot more interesting. The way the coffin board only works within the chiral network also makes it useless for exploring any new areas so the Tri-Cruiser is always just better.

The game never gives you any incentive to use many of the tools it offers. Pickup Offloader has the best carry capacity, can mount two weapons, and a huge number of batteries. I wish they had gimped it so that it would be only useful when you have built roads or monorails.

Same thing for e.g backpack additions. Slap on some ammo boxes and anti-gravity tools and you can carry a lot of crap, which leaves no room for anything else. Backpack loadouts would've been a good feature.

For people playing this, I highly recommend building the monorails! They can act as ziplines, and you can easily transport cargo, vehicles and yourself across a good chunk of the map. And they are connected to mines which can create a lot of building materials for low investment. You can pick up so many chiral crystals that 1000-1600 is nothing later in the game. I think I have over 30K atm.
