So, I skimmed the manual on their web site....and I think I finally have a handle on who this is intended for. It fails as a stand alone device, but "cheaply" adds capture capability to an already capable unit that doesn't swing that way....say a Helix or a Fractal product. For that application, it can be controlled by external MIDI. Fair enough.

Ok, let's assume it was a plugin player box, what would be the business model? Like "grab three on purchase, pay for the rest"? And would you get the plugins along with it?
In any case, aquiring a well-rounded collection would possibly become quite expensive.

ok no stereo effects loop but here what i gather from my research

the cloud has a ton of diff amps..ir and effects avail? true or false? that can be put into this thing for no cost? some arent free and you can buy but the cloud stuff is free.? Not all will be good but you can add exactly the amps and ir's and effects in this that you like and want?
Many modelers while having 200 amps and 200 effects can cause confusion..and this unit seems to be more like a less is more approach? So you can taylor the unit to what you think are the tones you need?? like and want?
I can use iphone to see any info so screen is the iphone?

the only limitations i see are..no looper..and you have to custumize the unit with exactly which amps/irs and effects you like or need so limited in that respect as if you want something diff you have to either capture yourself or look on the cloud? could be time consuming?

Meaning the whole 1 delay, verb, and mod means that's all that's on the box when you buy it
and not a limitation to what the unit can store on hand?

the current Queue at the moment is , Rabea might be a bit ,Nameless and SLO have been available as X versions since May at the current rate it would be doubtful they will add any new ones to the list below

It's a fixed limitation. Gate, transpose, chorus, delay, reverb and that was it. In fixed order.

Was just subjecting myself to NDSP's deep dive video for the NC and man, this thing is not intuitive at all

And i don't mean "oh, it has a learning curve", but "i haven't used this feature in a month so now i have no idea where to find it". Even the phone app navigation's icky.



Honestly, surprising coming from the QC, which is extremely intuitive to navigate without ever touching a manual.
