I kind of want to try making a Korean Chili. Is that weird? Gochujang based
with a hint of Kim Chi spice and tartness.

There is this killer Japanese Beef Stew (Niku Jaga) I made last year that
I will use as a base and adapt accordingly.

Probably end up more like a Curry and less like a Chili.
