Well thankfully the freeze didn't hurt my remaining girls, too much. The ones it did touch a bit more will be coming down soon enough anyway....may even be a good thing, as long as we don't have another too soon.....wait until next week please, mamma nature. Please.

Good season so far....and more to come, nice to have a good season for once... allowed me to enjoy the process. Sadly the veggie garden nearly took me out. But I let that shit go, so now I'm even less stressed.

Be happy when things are good. It helps others when they are not so good. Be the lighthouse, not the storm.

Glad to hear things are ok with the plants, and generally speaking.
I have nothing to complain about either, I'm very thankful and fortunate, especially considering what many are going through in areas and states around me.

It's totally heart-wrenching seeing what took place in them Mountains to the North of you.

It'll be years.... if not decades to get back to anything resembling what it was like before.
It's an hard land to tame to begin with. I couldn't imagine the cleanup, and then trying to
rebuild. There is ZERO infracstructure intact from roads to bridges to power grids to
sewage plants to water. My God.

Less than 2% of businesses and residences had any flood insurance. Imagine having your home
and land paid for and then needing to take out a loan to clean up and rebuild.

Pumpkin pie actually has pumpkin in it. The vast majority of “pumpkin spice” drinks do not. They only contain “pumpkin pie spice.”

Does anybody else stop getting notifications for threads they are subscribed to ("watched")? This happens to me at all 3 of the forums I am on (this one, PRS and FAS). F'in annoying. I forget about threads and then I will see it in the "Latest Posts" list and then have to catch up on days of posts in those threads. Anyway, all 3 of these forums are run on the same platform (XenForo) so it may be that, may be settings by admin, may be that my contributions are just despised, but wondering if this is happening to others ;~))
