I LOVED that film sooooo much! So many great purposely left in flubs and just bits and pieces to make it look amateurish when in fact it (and PeeWee) gave it all the charm in the world

Pee Wee’s Big Adventure is a classic. Watched it with my kids a few months ago and they loved it. Such a uniquely bizarre and funny, yet extremely well made, movie. lol

I absolutely loved Pee Wee's Big Adventure. Seen it many times.

That said, my absolute favourite Paul Ruben's role is his portrayal of the frail and sickly Prince Gerhardt with his tiny lil' porcelain hand. He is just so perfect

I remember that now that you mention it. Those two incidents were separated by a decade and the child porn charges were dropped once investigators reviewed the case. He had a very large collection of vintage erotic art and a few of the images were of younger kids. I think it was like a half dozen out of a collection of thousands of prints.
