I'm sure they go by sales numbers to make these decisions.
I know a lot of guitar players and can't think of a single one who bought a new MW Recto recently or even in the past few years.
I do know a lot of people that bought new Mesas.. Badlander, MKVII, JP2C, even Mark Vs... new Rectifier? I can't think of anyone.
I actually bought one last year. Used. For $1300. Plenty of these deals out there.

But now that it's discontinued everybody goes noooooooooo lol

I had one in my shopping cart, until you said you got a used one for $1300. Now I will look for a used one.

I'm seeing the Solo heads for 1500-1600. Much fewer multiwatt.

Call Atomic Music in MD. They might still have the one I bought from them since I ended up selling it back

100 and 25 are still in production.

That would be a bummer if the Multiwatts are gone. I’m looking at getting a Recto in 2025 or 2026, and the Multiwatt is or was my main target.

All the accounts of the cleans and low gain being really good have kept me interested in the Multiwatt. Maybe I’ll look towards a used Roadster when the time comes.

I don’t think I can jump on the Multiwatt at this time. I occasionally check to see if it’s in stock, but remember that it’s not in the cards right now. Still in stock at American Musical Supply if anyone is looking.

Yeah tbh I rarely see multi watts popping up used. And when I do see em prices kinda suck. Lots of 3 channels for solid prices, but cleans are important to me so that’s holding me back. I specially considering I see roadsters all the time on the cheap, and i Already know I’m a fan of those

Used Roadsters are the best deal on a Rectifier IMHO. You can find them for $1400-1600 and they sound great.
