NDSP Quad Cortex

Some other cool features in the latest CorOS, in case anyone missed them.

- Momentary footswitch behaviour is now enabled. Whammy time!
- You can import plugin presets from your computer on to the QC.
- You can batch edit preset and IR names
- New Fender Deluxe Reverb model
- New pitch FX and wah

I like the idea of mixing and matching stuff on the Quad Cortex, which was impossible with just the plugins.

Not impossible at all. You can chain plugins in a DAW. And turn on or off what you need.

I used to run an instance of Cali with just the Hexdrive enabled, into Granophyre with just the amp enabled, into an instance of Nolly with the cab section.

Ugh. Can't be arsed. Just take my word for it. It is a very tight squeeze, you have to push it into the case quite firmly, it doesn't just drop in nice and comfy.

The reviews for it are excellent. Are you sure there's not an issue with your one?
Very much doubt it.

It aint a big deal. It was just quite amusing to me. I hadn't tried it in all the time since I got it!

Ah, I see. Thanks! Realise you can also do parallel paths by running a second channel.

I’m kind of mixed about Nameless, in the sense that it is not the kind of tone I usually use. Much prefer the Soldano SLO plugin I picked up, it’s pretty cool.

Here’s a SoundCloud clip:
