Fair but if you are looking for non negative responses I recommend sticking to the NDSP discord or Unity.

Very rarely will you find negativity about a product on its own boards. Not saying don't come here but we all know how this board feels about NDSP. It's on you at this point if you expected something different

It's not simply negative comments. Don't play fucking coy with me. It's belittling, mocking comments and memes with 'crying faces' and all that other, uncalled for, trolling bullshit I have issue with.

I have no problem with simply negative comments but personal digs at QC owners are not acceptable.

And no. I don't buy it was more a dig at Dawson's Creek or any other back-peddaling shite-talk you lot come up with.

What's funny is that I remember TOP discussions about the QC being WAY more negative than here. It's a safe haven for pro-QC guys now?

Yeah. As much as we (me, included) poke fun at NDSP being NDSP from time to time... man, it's nothing compared to TOP.

It's not positive or negative on TOP any more. It's mostly just technical. People asking questions and others answering them. There wasn't even much of a buzz around 3.0. It just is.

I barely post on the thread in TOP any more. Mostly because the answer is almost always RTFM. I do IT for a living so I kinda resent helping people with technical issues outside of that. Half the time you answer someone's query and they just disappear, never to be heard from again, and you never find out if your advice helped.

Back on topic - that synth block (monophonic be it) is gonna be so cool.

I'm thinking of running our bass into a buffer/splitter, one split into the QC to a synth block and out to PA, the other to our bass player's comp, preamp and bass amp. Think that's going to be a good way to add some "magic" to the overall sound

98% of the rest of us are good dudes, as well. Most want to joke around, lightheartedly. There are some mild-ish cases of "troll protection" that newer members may be subjected to, but we gotta vet mofos yah know.

Where are you getting this information/ optimism? Did I miss a memo announcing an announcement of a forthcoming memo?

I'm just going by the surprisingly consistent end/beginning of month timing of their development updates. I'm also thinking (hoping?) that the bread crumb trail of future content will continue beyond quick mentions on random video podcasts, but who knows?

I'm working on my next pickups for my seven string KM-7. Might pick a different game this time. Helldivers 2 or Nine Sols seem likely.

I am still very much a fan boi, though. So much so that I bought Doug's new workout program. 5 basic exercises with more to be added in increments over an unspecified time.
