How can clubs safely deal with the liabilities of moshing and walls of death and all that?

Like so many things, unless you force people to sit in chairs, the line between moving, dancing and moshing is pretty subjective.

Are there sensible legal precedents out there? Maybe an insurance service of some sort?

I have no idea on what your asking. But am curious.

We have a guy that keeps coming to our diy spot who leaves bloody w a broken nose or cracked lip at least 3 or 4 times now. He keeps coming back and shares our social media posts lol.

Maybe people that come to mosh are less litigious than like drive through hot coffee people?? I dunno...

I’m sure many are! Here in Hawaii lawsuits from mosh pits have ended clubs or what’s more common here just no moshing allowed which turned to no punk bands which turned to no thrash bands which turned to no metal bands which turned to no rock bands. Just reggae
