This might have been answered before but...
I have tonex and amplitude standard. All other apps are cs.
Ordered the TXO from ik.
Will I be able to (<=199)
- upgrade from tonex standard to max?
- same for amplitube?
- the ones I have licensed free cs (drum, bass, sample, etc) upgrade to se Ed. and still able to add afterwards upg to standard or similar?

@IK Multimedia Is there any reason to redeem titles I already own licenses for — either through Total Studio 5 Max, separate licences or through my Tonex hardware (the large pedal and two Tonex One pedals)?

I am the same way. I had Total Studio Max 5, and Brown Sound 78/79. I went ahead and bought another Brown Sound to get the rest of the Brown Sounds and ENGL, but I think I have like 40+ grabs and nothing to get. Kind of a waste, but at least I got a few $100 items for free. It would be nice if it included the partner collections.

The partner collections are likely too expensive for them to give away as they would need to pay those folks.

Ok, it's done. I do now have licenses for each and every (released) title in IK's software shop. Can I trade my remaining slots for a licence of ReSing, @IK Multimedia?

Also, we know some folks were unhappy with a 99.99 buy-in and no hardware options so we made the buy-in $/€49.99 or more and also allow hardware items of that same price or higher qualify.

Oh, and apparently those changes made the counter leap to what is now almost 1,900 so we're at 6 for the price of 1 and really just shy of 7x1. Not bad!

Fwiw, some of the pianos are realls nice and there's some new-ish territory to discover with the built-in FX, but why-oh-why can I only have one location for the content? I would want one of them on my laptop's internal drive and the rest on an external SSD, but that's not possible. I could copy the one I want to the internal drive, but that's still mean I'd have to do a rescan each and every time I switch.
Absolutely last-century-ish and even worse when considering Sampletank (which the engine is based on) allows for different locations.

Weird how differently this works for different folks. Been there before but since yesterday I've been lucky with both and I'm on my last piano download right now.

Well, I spoke to soon. It's down again. Probably because US is waking up.

PS I like the NY Grand piano (I was able to download earlier this week). But it's 19GB if you download all components.

Yeah, the entire library is around 350GB. Quite a lot for a laptop. Which is why I really wish I could split things up, to keep 1-2 libraries on the internal drive and the rest elsewhere. But unfortunately, that requires to rescan things all the time. Plus I'd waste a whole lot of space as it'd have to be copies.

Fwiw, I wish there were ECO versions of the pianos, so I could keep one or the other on my Macbooks internal SSD. That way, I'd only load the bigger versions in case I needed more detail (which I often just don't). In addition, for all the wild effected patches (I like some of them quite a bit as it seems), all the detailed stuff isn't relevant anyway.

As an update, i made a bit of progress, i got my Tonex related products downloaded. Don't know if it helped, but I logged out of the website and back in and also cleared my cache in Tonex.

One interesting ongoing thing that might help IK's side for debugging - In the product manager, the little toast messages continually go back and forth between "Connection error Please verify your Internet Connection" and "Your Internet Connection is back". I believe earlierit was just continually stuck on the "Connection error". But in the meantime i just got Amplitube 5 installed and authorized. So yay for me!

Unfortunately, per the Group Buy page there are no substitutions available in this promotion.

The site and IK Product Manager have been fixed, the only issue I see and oddly (but maybe thankfully in part at least) not for everybody is that some redemption issues are occurring (the list is smaller than expected for some users) and that is reported to the IT team to take care of.
