IK Multimedia Group Buy 2025

@IK Multimedia I have some downloads I need to do but I keep running into problems accessing the IK Manager and or the site. Will these still be available after the 31st if the access has already been granted via my purchase?

You will something similar to this for each tier:
All-In Group Buy 2025 - Tier: 4 ( 1500 registrations reached
right but originally I could see a full list of all unredeemed things. So I could tell how many I had left. Now I only see 1 redeem button, but I have like 15 items left. It doesn't actually matter, I think I had already redeemed everything I didn't have yet.

I can't even get access via the IK Product Manager. It says that I don't have an internet connection which is wrong. Oh... It just got access and is accessible. Nope... It keep switching to "Connection error". Please verify your internet connection.

IK sales = self inflicted DOS attack :P

I just got my ToneX One and was about to register it but...

Same here

This is correct, the visual change greatly helps with the server load we were seeing that caused issues earlier and this weekend.

Dude, seriously... you folks need to get your act together if you're doing such promos.

Let me get this off first: I really like some of your products quite a bit (obviously the TXO in the very first place, which I really love so much that it quickly became #2 in the "you don't sell your..." list after the Stomp), your groupbuys are famous deals, etc.

But really, the way quite some things went wrong during this deal is quite irritating.

Sampletank 4 first was excluded from qualifying for the GB (apart from "non-upgrade" versions, a hint that is now gone as well). Now it's in. But in return, the ST sale at Plugin Boutique is finished. Coincidence? I would happen to think so, but it hardly doesn't look like.

Amplitube 5 not only didn't officially qualify for the GB at all, no, it wasn't even available at your shop anymore at all (just Max, SE and CS were), but due to whatver glitch, it was (which was then published at BPB). Now the deal at PB is gone but AT5 is back in your shop, also qualifying for the GB. And as if that wasn't enough already, your site still excluded "non-upgrade" versions of AT5 earlier today (I looked myself and I've also got screenshots from someone else on a german forum). Now that is gone, too.

Add to this that nobody really knows what "non-upgrade" really means. Is that a version you can't upgrade? In that case it should say "non-upgradeable". Or is it versions that you upgraded and didn't purchase at the recent version number? Not unlikely, but as the plain AT5 didn't even appear in your shop (and genuine ST4 purchases didn't qualify for the GB at the same time at all, either), we can only guess, really.

Then there's the redeeming slots. Here's what they looked like for me (and for some other folks) all the time until earlier today

IK_GB_Tier.png

Up until tier 11, it's been ongoing numbers, from 12 on it's been two entries per each tier. It's been like that all the time and obviously didn't make any sense.

And now it says this:

IK_GB_Tier24.png

...which is still making absolutely no sense at all as I've redeemed 36 titles already.
In addition, the redeemed slots don't say anymore which tier they were, so the only way to know how many slots are left is to manually count how many things you've redeemed already. Not a single "13 slots left" sign and a completely wrong tier number.

And well, reading this has been changed to help with the server load really makes me scratch my head. I mean, we're talking about gazillions of gigabytes that people are going to leech from your site to get all their ST and piano libraries and changing this site should greatly help with the server load?

Add to all this the Product Manager telling us our internet connections would be lost (when it was exclusively your server barfing up yet again), super slow downloads and website appearances, etc.

Really, while this very defenitely some serious criticism (I've already been reading from plenty of folks that don't want to do business with you for these kinda reasons already), please still take it as a friendly advice. Your groupbuys are almost kinda legendary, you've got some really great products as well and you also seem to be doing things with good intentions. But there's really just so many things quite some people are willing to deal with, so you might at least try to handle things a bit better in the future.

Do you do this for sport?

The actual redemption looks like what I copy/pasted. If you are having trouble knowing how many you have left, you can see the tier list here:

(hold on the table pasted poorly, or more accurately I pasted the table poorly - edit, F it I put it in Excel and screenshot)

Geeez how much do you guys battle with technology. I got the pedal and registered it in 2 seconds... went through and claimed like 30 things in 15 minutes and its all done... we're at 23 pages of discussing it :rofl

Im talking about the redeeming process, not dial up internet connection issues with the servers. I guess it must be good in Australia, all the downloads were top speed here.

Obviously it's because you are upside down there so everything you download is also falling down, which makes it inherently faster than the upright downloading style of the northern hemisphere.
