Fwiw, I already redeemed every single of the Tonex collections, even all the metal stuff. Already running out of ideas what to grab next, because my Macbook Air just can't deal with gazillions of piano and synth sample libraries anymore (already had to move the entire Syntronik library to an external drive.

Anyhow, I guess those Tonex collections will keep me a bit busy for a while...

And fwiw, honor where honor is due, the Tonex One IMO is an absolute winner. Out of the guitar hardware stuff I've bought during the last, well, almost decades, next to the HX Stomp this has got to be the best VFM ever (obviously all only valid in case you want/need hardware and not plugins). I've just played my 3rd gig with it (or rather with them, as I added a second one) yesterday, it's all been just great. One of the greatest aspects possibly being its incredibly low latency. With just a little over 1ms, it allows for quite some nested arrangements.
Ok, I'll stop, as I've elaborated (and partially drooled) about all of that in the Tonex thread already.

Especially when you factor in the entry cost for a profiling device a couple years ago. Insane value and though it hasn’t been flawless, IK deserves more credit than they get for Tonex…especially since they’ve been staying on top of it. I’ll happily reward good behavior with dollars.

Wanted to buy Irig HD X today (entry to the group buy).
But the website hung (I'm using Safari) and the buy didn't complete / register.

I redeemed 38 Jampoints in the process and they're now gone without getting the product.
I don't see an IK email address for support. Where and how can I get this fixed?

BTW, I still want to buy iRig HD X.

FWIW I had something similar happen and the points showed back up after an hour or so. Also - I was very interested in that little interface as well. Damn near entered into the group by again to grab one. Still may. What’s your intended use? Mobile?

When used as an audio interface, what's the latency? Is it low enough to play VSTs (Helix Native)?.

To use T-Racks Plugins like Mic Room, do I have to load a T-Racks instance in my DAW first?

FWIW I’ve read some folks are using the Axe IO One on mobile with the usb-c providing power from at least the newest iOS devices. Obviously a slightly larger device but it also brings more to the table with the MIDI and control ports, impedance knob, etc. might be worth a look.

I already have one, which is why I ultimately opted to not grab the HD.

Unfortunately, it's far from great. First off, natively, it only supports a sample rate of 44.1kHz. And here's the numbers measured by yours truly just a minute ago, using Oblique's RTL utility (which is absolutely accurate):

Note: I'm on a Mac, so the pedal is using the built in Core Audio drivers (but they're usually taking you into the ballpark already).
Almost 13ms at 44.1 is pretty bad, most affordable, driverless interfaces will typically go below 10ms, usually to something around 7-8ms.
No idea whether things will be better with the ASIO driver under Windows, but usually they're not much better.

Also, possibly even more important: There's a very noticeable offset between the measured and reported RTL, as a result, there will be a recording offset of (fortunately constant) 214 samples, at 44.1kHz resulting in 4.8ms of an offset - which will even be present when you record the pedal's tones, and which might be somewhat getting in the way in some situations, so your host should better be able to compensate for it globally.

I don't think that's much of a hassle when you have it connected to a computer anyway. Too bad it can't be done on the pedal itself, though.

It can! Switch the pedal to Stomp mode (hold ALT for more than 6 secs, turn the left knob) and press the main switch.

Thank you very much. Not great really. I was hoping it could double as my travel interface for just noodling with HX Native. Usually running that standalone with SAVIhost. But maybe the ToneX One will be sufficient as a noodling machine anyway. Should also be alright to track ideas into Cubase when monitoring on the device. The biggest contentder until now was the POD express. Still TXO seems like a superb tool for my needs.

The biggest contentder until now was the POD express. Still TXO seems like a superb tool for my needs.

Without any doubt, the TXO is still a great device for on the road usage, I'm absolutely fine using the onboard tones as well (mixing in some 100% wet spatial FX from the DAW, so the recorded signal stays dry), but you may need to compensate the recording offset.
It'd possibly be fantastic if you could monitor through the onboard sound while tracking a DI signal - but that might be beyond what the hardware is capable of.

Not sure what to pick now for my free products. I already got ToneX and all the packs, Amplitube with Fender 2 and Mesa 2, Modo Bass 2, Modo Drums 1.5, T-RackS 6 Pro, Arc X, Miroslav and SampleTank. I wish the drop down would gray out the plugins I already got in these full versions because there's a ton of options and I know I already own a bunch of them in the main software.

I think everyone who hasn't dipped their toes into the Tonex universe should buy a Tonex One during the group buy and get a ton of software titles added. Unbelievable value proposition!

Fwiw, the Alex Lifeson captures have some interesting gems on offer. There's some high gain amps emitting amazingly little noise, and in case their core character isn't after your taste, you could always slap another IR onto them.
I do however thing that all the Brown packs are kinda underwhelming. Not sure whether they require another guitar or another playing style, but they are pretty thin for my taste and pretty noisy on top (compared to other captures of similar gain structures).

Another question for my German fellows: If I buy a TXO, would it be better to buy a edition priced above 200€ to be eglible for software products worth 199$ in the IK shop? (Like ToneX Software, Miroslav Philharmonik, T-Racks 6 Pro...). The TXO is currently 165€ at Thomann. Or is only the IK price relevant?

Yep, IK is being very generous on values with this. I bought Modo Bass 2 for $50 and got $200 of value
