Unfortunately, it's far from great. First off, natively, it only supports a sample rate of 44.1kHz. And here's the numbers measured by yours truly just a minute ago, using Oblique's RTL utility (which is absolutely accurate):

Note: I'm on a Mac, so the pedal is using the built in Core Audio drivers (but they're usually taking you into the ballpark already).
Almost 13ms at 44.1 is pretty bad, most affordable, driverless interfaces will typically go below 10ms, usually to something around 7-8ms.
No idea whether things will be better with the ASIO driver under Windows, but usually they're not much better.
Also, possibly even more important: There's a very noticeable offset between the measured and reported RTL, as a result, there will be a recording offset of (fortunately constant) 214 samples, at 44.1kHz resulting in 4.8ms of an offset - which will even be present when you record the pedal's tones, and which might be somewhat getting in the way in some situations, so your host should better be able to compensate for it globally.
