@Digital Igloo Could I be right or wrong ?

Line6 has been observing and following the recent success from Fenders "FRFR" Speakers
and are planning a successor and an answer to Fender

- Same cabinet but offered in 10 inch and 12 inch
- 10 and 12 Inch Celestion or Eminence "FRFR" coaxial drivers
- New Higher quality Class D amplification discrete output configuration 800- 1200 watt range ?
- Analog Preamp pot controls for BMT + Cut, Presence and Depth (dead silent, no hiss)
- variable tiltback system

Speculation or on the drawing boards?

I would love to see that and would probably trade in my current 2 Powercabs for something like that

ok so helix straight into the PA sounds amazing on bass.

finally got that powered sub hooked up last night. was testing it with just our bass and a random factory preset on the helix. it sounded great, like really really good. we were all surprised. i like the DI tones i get on guitar but i think bass is way better. if i played bass i would be going this route for sure. i was just using factory presets too so i bet it gets even better when you build your own preset.

Stomp wish: Allow for a mode to mix down things to mono internally already (not just when only using the left out) and, even more important, allow me to use the global EQ on just the left or right side. Ideally, I also would love to have the volume knob to only work for left or right.

The ideas behind these requests being that:
a) I usually run everything in mono anyway but I'd love to be able to use stereo FX summed to mono without having to waste a block.
b) I only need the global EQ to correct the signal I'm listening to, the FOH folks can do whatever they see fit on the signal I'm sending them.
c) I only need volume control for the signal I'm listening to.

Right now I'm achieving all this by using the left output only, running through a DI box and sending the through output to an EQ and my monitor. Would love to be able to remove the latter two from the scenario.
