It either a fake and what someone hopes for , I mean it looks like their documents but that not hard to do
Hi Perry.
Hello James! Thank you very much for your answer, I really appreciate it for your great knowledge about helix and amps! And yes, I felt the same. It sounds "better" clearer and sticks out of the speaker like a real speaker. Both are raw USB recorded HelixHola Perry.
Sí escucho una diferencia muy clara.
La primera parte tiene más rango medio y menos resonancia, la última parte es un poco más recortada y tiene más resonancia/estruendo.
Supongo que la última mitad no es Helix.
I've been hoping to get the Catalyst amps in the Helix since the Catalyst was launched because I rather like them.I like the Nobels , and feed backer
The Catalyst to me never sounded that great , just being Honest , would have rather had Something Like a Bogner XTC, Green /rd/blue
w excursion . 3 way brights.
That’s cool I was just being honest putting amps from a $300 amp does not move the needle for me but I guess many were asking for that and who knows maybe they were not just lifted from Catalyst but revoiced versions for HXI've been hoping to get the Catalyst amps in the Helix since the Catalyst was launched because I rather like them.
It was also pretty much a no-brainer for Line 6 to bring them to Helix at some point in time.
The Catalyst amps always were HX amps - in particular, the Aristocrat and the Kinetic are original amps based on the Litigator and the Cartographer. That’s cool I was just being honest putting amps from a $300 amp does not move the needle for me but I guess many were asking for that and who knows maybe they were not just lifted from Catalyst but revoiced versions for HX
Amplitube thread is the other one m8Tip of the day:
Sometimes you want a neutral boost and the Gain block with it's 12dB maximum is not enough.
Use a Low/High Shelf block as +24dB neutral clean boost like this:
LoGain +12dB, LoFreq 2kHz, LoGain +12dB, HiFreq 500Hz, Level +12dB
The trick here is that the low and high shelves at 2kHz and 500Hz with the same gain setting combine to a flat boost.
the one time I am not 3.7 gets leaked and the info already wiped from existence before I even can see it.
Check out "Command Center" chapter in user manual.OK here is my idea:
All of the 8 buttons on the footswitch should be able to do anything individually: preset, stomp or snapshot.
Snap stomp is cool but I'd like 2 on the front row to be stomp and the other 2 to be snaps.
Man I've spent hours in that area with the manual and couldn't make momentary snapshots work. I even was talking to a guy who has vids on the topic and he said what I was doing should work. Of all the benefits of the helix being easy to use that part in the command center area is the most complicated especially for the noviceto average user. I could do 8 snaps if I could get 2 of them momentary and 6 latching.Check out "Command Center" chapter in user manual.
Some POS on Theotherplace wrote it.

What you're describing is easily doable, and I use it on a few of my presets in combination with latching snapshot footswitches and stomp footswitches. What happens when you follow these instructions (HX Edit steps at 2:17, hardware UI steps at 5:35):Man I've spent hours in that area with the manual and couldn't make momentary snapshots work. Just let us choose what you want each footswitch to do. It could be very easy. Where you select presets or snap stomp or 8 snaps just have an additional manual option. Then where you set what the footswitch controls add a parameter for preset, snap or stomp.
