Love the additions, DI, no matter how waaaaaaaaaaay belated they may be. Comes at a weird time for me as I'm not playing that much guitar these days. I've been messing around with MIDI-controller-played orchestral libraries and scoring for a project I've been invited to participate in.

Once that clears up toward the end of the year, I'll dive in with both feet.

Them be some classy amps - I'm sure they took the time to get it right. These guys are picky about how they do it - electrical measurements and all. That Bogner is a behemoth with all the switches.

This is probably the most disappointing update thus far.

Don’t get me wrong, I love a Super Reverb, but did we REALLY need another blackface fender amp? Like…really? We’ve got the Princeton, the deluxe, bassman, even a boutique clone or two. We get it. L6 likes Fender amps.

Maybe once L6 adds the vibroverb, pro, bandmaster, and tremolux we can finally get a decent Mesa Mark high gain tone in Helix. It’s only been a fucking decade.

DI has said they're working on many other things - some BIG - in parallel. And to be fair, the upstarts like QC and ToneMaster Pro are on even slower paces with less new amps and cabs added.

A Bogner XTC is not an easy amp to model
It also possible knowing L6 past relationship with Reinhold that he might have had some involvement at least giving tips and notes or even playing w the models

Oh well!
As most of you may know, I'm usually asking for utilitarian updates rather than for yet more amps and what not.
But this time it's different. As my utilitarian needs are pretty much perfectly taken care of with my new setup and as the Stomp will serve as a strict "amp/dirt only" box in that setup, this update should be just fantastic!
Let's see how it goes on ("Updating"...).

I suppose I'll update eventually since there's possibly some small engine updates, but this one doesn't have anything I'm apt to use. I'm mildly disappointed there wasn't an L6 original tossed in there somewhere. I tend to really like those. I'm happy for the folks who have been yearning for the Bogner and EVH. Hopefully they'll get a lot of enjoyment out of them. Looking forward to when/if the next update comes.
