Also not on the FM9Yea, I think the only thing that the FM3 is missing here is the ability to sum/multiply/etc. two controllers on a single parameter.
Same here there aint nothing i cant do on my FractalMan I'm still so blown away by this thing! (Axe III)
I was listening to some old Chicago, in particular Terry Kath, so I rolled back to the old Fender amp factory presets to mess around with 25 or 6 to 4, played with that old tone for a while, then started working my way back up, and landed on the Angle Severe one. And it just sounds SO GOOD.
Been running thru my Petrucci stuff on Sc 2, "Channel 2", w/o changing a thing! Best $2261 I ever spent!! I've now owned it 4 years, and it has been PLAYED A LOT, with not a single issue! (Other than me needing to get used to how a mic'd cab sounds, as opposed to a real amp sitting next to me. Which is NOT a dig on Fractal.)
It truly is a remarkable device. I would love to see useful AI added to it’s tremendous capability. Being able to create a player/personality profile by getting to “know” me, my style and technique. The ability to feed it songs and then build an entire matching rig on the fly by analyzing it. Further adapting it, if desired, to match my playing as well. Just a few use cases. Being able to build backing tracks based on what I play would be nice. I don’t think these kind of advancements are that far off.Same here there aint nothing i cant do on my Fractal

My unit decided that I wasn't a good enough player and stopped outputting audio until I practice more. They've been working on that, but the beta testers have had issues with their units registering themselves on various gear forums and trolling people.
If that’s a thing I’m screwedMy unit decided that I wasn't a good enough player and stopped outputting audio until I practice more.

That’s one of the Ken Fischer (Trainwreck ) designs. All of the Fischer inspired amp models are worth checking out.Holy cow tried the Komet 60 last night. Just straight up with default parameters is![]()
Thanks! Now I can finally build an Axe-Fx with the UI I want!Someone posted a schematic over at Fractal for the Axe III. Figured one of you geeks might want it.

Search "Pot Partakers" thread here.Does anyone know if the magic smoke they sell in the Netherlands is any good for this?
Experimenting a little with external pedals, and decided to Bukovac it up a bit.
These Anniversary edition ODR-1’s are where it’s at!

Holy Pump Up the Mids Batman.
Probably traumatizing for some to see that GE-7 set up
like that.
There's "poking" out in a Mix and then there's table dancing
on the Mix.

Warmoth fatback rules!!!If ya haven't played a guitar with a 1"-1" neck yet, I'd suggest giving it a shot before tapering it. I got my AllParts neck (same size) with the intent to shave it down, but after playing it for an hour I was in love with it and it's definitely changed my perspective on the whole neck thing. Every neck I go for in the future will be of similar size.
