Not that anybody asked or cares, but other than having the best spring reverbs in the digital world and being a lover of spring reverb, the main reason I bought a TMP is because it’s so limited and because it’s the underdog.

Sometimes it’s fun to purposefully limit yourself with gear to force yourself to think about more important things.

I knew whatever I got I’d be stuck with for a few months so I’d have to learn to deal with whatever I had

I came damn close to buying one after seeing a demo on the 60 Cycle Hum YouTube channel, the spring reverb is incredible. But digging deeper, I saw that it was way behind on the Marshall models (at the time, this was not long after launch), so I opted for an FM9T instead.

But I’m still keeping an eye on it, there may be a purchase down the road depending on what they do with the updates…

I was playing with the FAS-DOG prototype! I can say with 100% certainty, it's the best FAS-DOG ever. I'm sure some competitor will come along and make something small, cute and doesn't mind being neglected for long periods at a time, but nothin' is going to compare to the FAS-DOG.

The Marshalls are way better than they were, but still not in the same league as Fractal.

The spring reverb does not disappoint! It’s the best I’ve ever heard in a digital pedal
