What did I miss? The view from your window, and your drink? :facepalm OK, here is mine. Before the sun gets down here in BKK.

And my drink:
- Amla powder 1/4 tsp.
- Ginger powder 1/4 tsp.
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp.
- Fennel Seed powder 1/4 tsp.
- A pinch of Black pepper
- Few lemon drops
- Honey

In another thread I already mentioned the visible results that I have noticed so far:
- No more colds (I could easily get a pneumonia with a soft air breeze).
- No need to take more medicine for acid reflux.
- No need to take more medicine for IBS.
- Enlarged prostate symptoms have disappeared.
- Hair growing stronger.

No breakfast for me most days, a little fruit if really hungry. I try not to eat anything from 9pm to 12pm the next day, intermittent fasting. With that, plus cutting back on carbs some in only a few months I have lost 13 lbs and been able to keep it off.

I'm usually on the intermittent fasting schedule as well. 11am - 7pm.
 
My cereal has to be gluten-free, which really limits your options. Also too lazy to make eggs on a regular basis ha ha.

I love going out for steak and eggs though! :love
