Kudos to Fender !!
Is that the release notes? “There are some things inside.”

Well, I said apparently. And I don't know that for a fact. I'm just guessing....Is that the release notes? “There are some things inside.”
Yeah you can, they show up like thisAre you able to save model defaults on the TMP? So every time you add a specific model to the grid (DMM, tubescreamer, fender twin etc) it defaults to specific settings? The QC has this, which is cool.
I think the TMP having block favorites is nice. I think every platform should allow you to set, at the model level, the default values when a block is added and have favorites.
its super odd to repost the JUNE update with todays date , hopefully they have another update soon with new amp and effectsYeah, all this stuff is from the June firmware update. There's been a few fixes since this release but no new models or anything. Apparently they're on track to doing a big fw release every 6 months or so. Odd the video is framed this way when its June content.

I just tried nudging stock settings and then deleting/replacing it to see if it would remember... just defaults to their values. I'd say there's no other way than saving a block preset, cant see a way to change defaults. Would be kinda nice but they have so many things to tighten up that even having the presets is a win at this stage. It's actually pretty elegant compared to a bunch of other clunky things they have going on that will hopefully get streamlined. Can you save the default settings on the Solo 100 instance and not just the favorite listed under it?
The QC allows you to save the default. It would be awesome if you could save a default and then have like a favorite drop down once you have the model open.
In either event this is still cool Fender. Particularly for blocks like delay, reverb, and modulation where you may have 5-6 different settings you’d use depending on how ambient your wanting to go, or how much gain you using in that patch etc.

thats seems more plausible maybe it was for later in the monthReally bizarre they released that video now. There is no update.
I wonder if someone in marketing accidentally entered the wrong date when they scheduled the release of that video
This was a combo of me testing the waters of an Evertune 6 string holding Drop G tuning (it does / has for months now, perfect). And also building a patch "live" to see some of the TMP menu warts. After using it for a while I like the overall direction of it, obviously just needs refining and firmware tightening... I think it's a lot better than people give it credit for. I can't deny how enjoyable it is to build a patch from scratch and enjoy playing guitar... imagine actually playing guitar amongst all the device noodling we do

Kinda both... less parameter choices overall and also a drag and drop phone style interface. I can see why a lot of people are liking it. Kind of the fisher price GUI for guitarists. It's as easy to use as a typical phone/tablet app and does the job.Do you think the interface makes it easier to dial something in, or just less likely to get lost in the weeds micro-dialing EQs and stuff?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you want to do separate amp and cab, that's not as straightforward right? You'd need to change to the "amp only" and add a cab block, right? There are some things I really don’t like about the GUI, but one thing I do like is how the amps represent the full amp.
Tap +, tap Deluxe Reverb and I’ve just plugged into a DR ready to play in 2 clicks.
No adding a cab block, no adding a reverb block and a trem block. It’s all right there ready to go with all the knobs and controls I know from the amp.
Pull up the Mark model and I’ve got all the mode switches right there. No need to switch amps to toggle between bright, deep, and normal.
