Echo and I could use some good vibes right now

That sucks, sorry to hear this. Sending a little prayer for the best outcome possible. (y)

He looks like a tough cookie though!

How’s your pup doing lately, Ed?? And yourself for that matter, I haven’t seen on update on FB in a little bit.
Both dogs are fully recovered. I need treatment the insurance doesn’t cover. Actually I just put an update on the GoFundMe incl a video of me talking about what’s what, and a playing video.
Click on the link and scroll down to update if you’re interested.

Also donated to your boys cause. But for some reason it says pending.
Mojo sending too!

Btw, the grass eating… my roadblock does it when she wants to make herself puke.

That's great to hear!

I know the grass eating is generally used for upset stomachs, this is the first time I've seen a dog do it to intentionally make themself puke.

Sorry guys, I was in and out of it yesterday catching up on sleep and prepping to work from home this week.

Yes! He’s home!

Picked him up this morning, he is HEAVILY medicated and not happy with me at all, but he’s alive and will have a full recovery. I have several alarms in my phone now to remind me about his different meds. Surprisingly, he can eat soft solid foods already.

I didn’t see any personality out of him until he was here for a good 10-15 mins when he finally lifted his front paw so I could rub his chest when petting him. Outside of that he’s so doped up he’s almost catatonic.
Btw is your boy Samoyed, American Eskie or Japanese Spitz…

Well, the best guess I have right now is samoyed/husky. I rescued him without knowing a single thing about his history or breed, but my friend knows he was purchased from a breeder for a rather expensive amount. When walking him shortly after I got him, a gentleman around the corner ran out of his house to ask me if he was a male and if he was fixed or not, saying we could be getting $10K a pop for samusky puppies then showed me his own samusky, who looks exactly like Echo. Everything looks husky for the most part, but the fur is a bit different and the hind quarters look like they’re wearing pantaloons. If it weren’t for those two things, he looks 100% husky. And talks like a husky. :rofl

Damn, so sorry to hear you are going through this. Corn cobs are one of those things that can be deadly, I’ve always worries about ours getting ahold of one.

Thoughts sent your way.

Ever see a $7200 chunk of corn on the cob? :rofl

Drives me up a wall knowing I actually pulled this out of his mouth the first time he found it. That’s my only real concern at this point, I’m already on him like flies on shit yanking stuff out of his mouth. I’m going to switch to a short leash so I can keep an even closer eye, but he’s so fast and sneaky about eating shit that this will keep me on my toes forever.
