Have adapted this method with the small cast iron skillet and pre-heating it in a
Toaster Oven, and then cooking the Patties in that.

The temp regulator on my fryer is messed up so it took me a couple of times to get it right, but since then I've made a few batches of delicious fries.

Making more tonight along with what should be an excellent bacon cheeseburger. Probably won't remember any of it but I can't wait!
