My friend is thinking of getting an amp because he's too lazy to build one (bastard).
Which one do you think, why, and if neither - which other option under 1,700 usd.
I appreciate your thoughts, I mean, he appreciates your thoughts.

It needs to have great cleans and the ability to get nasty. It doesn't have to be overly tight although that's not a bad thing.

Under $1700 I'd probably jump on an EL34 5150 III. 20 watts scares the fuck out of me.

Can't find a head new....but this is new ..and is pretty sweet.....I owned a GH100L back in the day that was a well built workhouse.

Ok....don't judge ..this amp kills...I've owned the 120 for over 12 years with no issues. I paid 800 new...but ...the cleans are amazing...this amp is very underrated and very versatile.
