What Did You Do With Your Guitar(s) Today?

I put together a shell pink Stratocaster with EMG MF set and EMG S2 single coil with EMG EXG+SPC controls. I set it up in E standard. Only negative is I got sold a supposedly "premium" WD pickguard in black that looks like fucking shit. It was warped/bowed, scuffed as shit, and cost about $40. The Reverb seller shipped it like this, which is pretty fucking comical. They have a lot of 5 star reviews, too. Last time I order from them. 2 stars, enjoy em. Not spending more money and time to ship it back. I'll just buy a cheapo Chinese one like I should've in the first place.

Candy Apple Red Stratocaster - This one has a neck from my tobacco sunburst Stratocaster. DG20 pickguard (EMG SA pickups). Similar to David Gilmour's CAR Stratocaster, but with some slight changes.
Sonic Blue Stratocaster - Neck from my buttercream Player Stratocaster. It has an aluminum anonized pickguard with gold bridge, gold Hipshot locking tuners, and jack plate. DG20 pickguard initially (EMG SA pickups).
Seafoam green Stratocaster - All American Stratocaster (American Performer neck/body). Black pickguard, black bridge, jackplate, and tuners. EMG SLV/SA/SLV pickups.
Shell Pink Stratocaster - No name body which could be better, but fine. Allparts neck from 1950s Finishes on Reverb (they apparently do fret jobs, and aging if you get one for that; I bought a closet classic, which has very little if any aging). Black bridge, jack plate, and black Gotoh SD91 MGT vintage style locking tuners. The black pickguard is overpriced trash from WD, came warped, scuffed, and scratched up really badly. No protective "film." EMG MF Bridge/S2/MF Neck pickups.
Tobbaco burst Stratocaster - The neck I bought because I didn't care for the look of the maple fretboard I had on it. The neck is an American Performer; body is Player Plus series. EMG Revelation Bridge/S2/Revelation Neck pickups.
Buttercream Stratocaster - This is meant to be sort of influenced by Yngwie and Ritchie Blackmore. The neck is an American Performer; body is Player Plus series. EMG SLV pickups.

If tuners are not mentioned, they are Fender locking tuners. All have EMG EXG/SPC controls and run at 18v (I have an EMG ES-918).

Update: there apparently is a very thin and very difficult to remove film on the black pickguard. It prefers to shred in pretty small pieces rather than peel off like you'd expect.

So what kind of guitar do you like?

Another update: got 99.5% of it off, thankfully. Looks much better now. What a pain. I've had plenty of pickguards and the film came off much more efficiently and with less effort required.

Plugged my 6 string bass into the SY1000. Then played a Roland G202 into a GR300 guitar synth but getting some sympathetic string vibrations creating false triggers. Then I changed the light gauge (.09) strings on that guitar to a heavier gauge (.12) strings to see if that would help.

Local shop was out of strings, so I had to order online, but finally changed the Majesty's strings to my normal EB Paradigm 10-46. Odd thing? I had to totally setup the guitar! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm sure they were some flavor of EB 10-46's on there before, so very odd. Had to rebalance the trem and set saddle heights, anyway. Relief stayed the same, wtf?

But damn, I can get the action on all strings nearly 2/64" with a bare smidgen of relief. No choking bends, no buzz. Maybe a bit too low, time will tell - but easy to remedy if I end up not liking it.
