Video Games

This game is crack. I decided to give it little a go after this comment, remembering that it's in my list of games I got for free once. I ended up putting everything else on back burner becauseI got so addicted to it.

I did finish it last night (well, it's not really the type of game you ever finish, I beat the final boss), just in time for Space Marines 2 today.
"Crack" is a good way of putting it. It's got that "just one more run" loop down pat. Like potato chips (can't eat just one), except the longer you play, the longer each loop gets, until you're eating the whole damned bag. I finished it on PS5, bought it on Switch, got addicted again, got my daughter hooked, and now we're both playing it on PS5 again. Scary stuff.

Think I'm at the final boss in Black Myth; haven't really played since Monday but I should have it wrapped by the weekend

Probably gonna run NG+ tbh
A few mixed reviews have kind of scared me off this one. I'm a fussy bastard, though.

Astro Bot looks like a ton of fun, but I have trouble spending $60 for 15 hours of tech demo/ product placement.

Is that just like Astro's Playroom part 2?

I've still never played Astro's Playroom even though it literally comes preinstalled on the PS5 lol

I’ve been playing Tony Hawk 1+2 again this week. They really did a great job remaking it. So much fun. It’s also the last game I can comfortably destroy my kids at. :ROFLMAO:

I loved it on PS3 too. I played the OG Space Marines a couple of weeks ago on PC. It's very dated.

The new one makes it look even more so.
Cool...now I will have to check it out....maybe. Gamepass has kind of ruined me. Especially the older I get.

Finished Gears 4...so we decided to replay 5....now with bighead mode. ..wife is losing it!!!!!😝😝😝😝😝😝

There's a lot of buzz about this game today with it scoring high in reviews across the net. 50 'retro' games made by various creators spanning tons of genres from Metroidvanias, to top down racers, to point and click adventures.

Out tomorrow on Steam with more platforms to follow.

Finally bought and played through Vigil: The Longest Night after being curious about it but never pulling the trigger for the past couple years

Overall a great game but the whole prologue part of it was kind of annoying; didn't know that was a thing so locked myself out of a bunch of stuff within the first couple hours of it

Yeah, I'm probably going to cave and buy it within the next few days. I'm pretty sure my daughter will love it too, so... does that make it half price? ;)

The Astrobot bundled game was one of the coolest, most magical games I've ever played. I'm sure the new game is no different

I'm hoping that the TH 3+4 remake is back on track. They were confirmed to be working on it before Vicarious Visions got swallowed up. But Tony said that they're working on "something" right now so hopefully it'll be announced soon...whatever the hell it is.

I replayed God Of War this weekend, meant to do the “I’m going to take my time and do every side mission”, then at one point Sunday night found myself thinking “Wait…..isn’t this the end of the game?” and boom, credits start rolling. Derp.

It’s ok, I’m going to re-play Ragnarok and I’ll spend more time with it, this at least I can play the PS5 version now. I could have sworn GoW was released on PS5 as well, but nope.
