With the talk of the new Chinese ones I thought I would share some details of a couple that are in for pickup swaps and minor changes (personal preference not anything wrong).
The first;

The level of detail is superb these days. Not to everyone’s taste but undeniably impressive.
No 2 to follow.

And No2
I prefer this one;

This one has one of the new 3D printed lock nuts and assuming the hardness is good enough it is massively better than the older version for precision. This should be the end of OFR sitar high E problems. Stunning finish and detail work. Once again not for everyone but I think you would need to be insane not to like these.

As to the point I raised with the Chinese version these both have SS57110 frets by far the most preferred option and I would have expected it to be stock on the JTG .

Is that 3D printed nut some kind of plastic? It looks like regular metal.
"The process begins with powdered metal, which is precisely 3D printed into the desired shape using advanced metal printing technology. After printing, the parts are depowdered and cleaned before undergoing a sintering process—an advanced heat treatment—during which the parts achieve full density and hardness. Lastly, the nuts are CNC “kiss-cut” to exacting specifications for consistency and control of the fit before receiving a premium electroplating finish."

Hello Andy, was wondering is the recommended height for Strat pickups optimal or best tweak and use your ears?
Not sure due to the poles being staggered if that makes a difference?

Thank you again for your expertise and valued input

Cheers

Try starting with 3-4mm E to E on the bridge. Set the middle a neck the same if they are a calibrated set and lower to match volume if not . Use that as a starting point and follow your ears.
