Tonex Desktop and Plugin poofing to desktop

I'm getting a "loading tone model" message when I am on Tone.net inside Tonex PC or Tonex VST, on multiple computers, Windows 11, and then it crashes to desktop. Anyone have a solution? All are on latest 1.8.1 and all are authorized

I did upgrade to check it out again but hasn't crashed for me on Windows 11.
Might dread this answer but you're probably going to have to reach out to IK Support.

I sent out to them before i posted the thread. Nothing yet. I hear from other users that this issue may have been solved yesterday though, so maybe it was on their end
