The only thing that will save Headrush is NAM compatibility

In reference to the HR Core power supply: I was able to purchase a couple spares from Sweetwater. They're the originals. Expensive but worth it for peace of mind I guess.
I don't think I have super clean power or anything but I had let my son use the Core and he got the power supply mixed up and used a wall wart power supply... it was 2 prong only and was quiet. I was surprised.

2025; still don't think anyone is going to 'save' Headrush. There will continue to be people using the devices and probably loving them.
I am one of those (and new to this website- Hi!). I bought one to play at home with headphones. There’s so many captures that with a bit of eq get me pretty much all the way! Love the sounds coming out of it and I get to focus on practice without disturbing folks around me trying to learn or experiment which can be annoying with an amp and cab.
The stock amps like JCM800 have several mods available as well, the mesa iic+ doesn’t have a 5 band eq (which is like the whole point) but still you can eq all of it. I can bet in a blind test I’d be hard pressed to say one modeller vs another. I recommend using IRs though - stock cabs are dark. I also like the synth effects - very useable!
Overall a super fun device to play literally anything I’ll ever need.

It’s all good then. No need to make it a Headrush subject. They won’t do it. IM won’t do it. They’ve been behind in the fora of modeling business for many years. The dissatisfaction and disappointment for them only means that people want them to be better than they are or turned out to be. And while that is sad, people need to move on, to other brands or be happy with what HR provides for the moment. I mean… it feels like you care for Headrush. But honestly they’re not a brand that cares about users in the way the fora of brands like Kemper, Fractal, Line 6 does. Just my opinions, which are very questionable indeed.

Headrush has been upping their game with firmware updates lately. I wouldn't be surprised at anything, we will have to see what they do next. Their web interface is fantastic and their new superclones IMO sound just as good as Kemper profiles. Honestly I think they are going to keep moving up, but I don't think ReValver is where it's at. They have the interface, they just need to keep working at it.
