The Food Thread

Made some Red Curry. I refuse to eat soggy sandwiches at work.
This reheats pretty well in the microwave, delicious 🤤

Yes, I made three portions, so it'll be even better tomorrow night :)
I always make a gigantic batch when making any kind of curry or pasta sauce and meatballs. I’ll separate it all into 3 cup containers and freeze. That way I can grab one, reheat it in a small pot, and enjoy with a fresh batch of rice or pasta.

What's on the Menu this weekend? I am already hungry! :LOL:

I am weighing my options right now. Not sure if I want to Grill, Smoke, Fry, or what?

Definitely want to grill some fresh Sweet Corn as that is in peak season right now. :chef
 
Chilies Verde … aka pork stew in tomatillos, roasted peppers finished with lime and cilantro

5# pork butt
