This one is a co-ferment blend. Lots of fruit notes. Ridiculously over the top:

This one is particularly unique. I’ve never had Chinese coffee before. Especially something that went through a whopping 30 DAYS of anaerobic fermentation:

Home brewing some good ole Dunkin' original. Only the best for this connoisseur!
Gotta say, when I visited the States in 2008, that was the "best" coffee that any fast food chain would serve.

At least it tasted like coffee and was strong enough to satisfy my european caffeine cravings in the morning...

That was a few years before the hipsters discovered all the coffee rocket science... 😂

Dunkin' is a guilty pleasure of mine. I know where every location is in a 30 mile radius lol. And there's a LOT of them around my neck of the woods.

I got to admit, for most of the past year I've been drinking coffee made from this 1kg bag of dark roasted Arabica beans I bought from Lidl. Totally not fancy stuff, but it tastes good. I usually make one big cup in the morning using my Aeropress. When my spouse comes back in a month, we'll be moving to using the Moccamaster instead.

Currently working my way through a 1kg bag of Kimbo Espresso Napoli using our DeLonghi Dedica.

It's good coffee and gets pretty nice crema, but I prefer Lavazza's "Espresso Cremoso" (the purple/black bag), which remains my top choice.

Pretty much stick to Philz these days. We can all agree on it here. The new Half Days blend in the afternoon is great for a coffee without a ton of jitter. Mornings are going to be Silken Splendour or Ambrosia or something along those lines. If the kid makes the morning pot it'll be Philtered Soul which I can stomach in small quantities.

Recently put together a more manual setup for travel brews. It's quickly become my favorite way to make a one-off cup. Zen. That KINGrinder is a steal -- punches way above its weight.
