I took one look at the MIDI assignment pages on the FM3 and ran in the opposite direction. Haven't found the courage to get back to it yet. And I've been programming MIDI since the '80s. Like, back when there were VCR controls on our actual VCRs! (And we liked it!!!)Yesterday I realized how I needed to replace the rotary block in my gigging preset on the FM3 (which is ) with a flanger block. Replacing the block using onboard controls was no biggie. Though I did want to load up the flanger I have saved in my library so I fired up the editor instead.
This brought me to the joyful task of changing my switching configurations. The hubbub about Enter Shuntman/"Do I hit the edit or the enter button?"gate is absolute child's play in comparison to footswitch configuration hell in the FM.
Yeah, I've quit watching most of his videos. There was a stretch of what seemed like weeks where EVERY video was entitled, "We need to talk about X". No. No we don't.Meh, i generally like Cordy, but this "we must talk about xyz" filler crap *really* needs to die. I've seen a number of guitar "influencers" doing the same today.

Video is dumb but extremely well done in regard to the technical stuff meaning it cost them big time.
The Finnish government is paying for these videos.Which only proves one thing.
Neural is one hell of a profitable crew if they can blow crazy bucks on this sort of BS - which I'm certain a sizeable segment of their market thinks is the shit.

Even the end credits music was perfect considering the concept.
The first video got 45,000 views and every single comment was a variation "this is stupid, why are you doing this".
The Finnish government is paying for these videos.
Wanna wager whether the second video gets more views than the first?
Doug is definitely looking at going to CannesWhy is that video 22 minutes long
Typical German response! Trying to divide up the Europes!Oh! We should then probably ban @laxu!
Our current government would cut those videos in half to save a penny. The Finnish government is paying for these videos.
