Picks, what you using?

I just ordered something a little different… tusk from graphtec … might be too rigid. We shall see.
Let me know what you think. Those look interesting, and I do like graphtech products.
Wish they had a 2mm option but these could be stiffer anyways?

I went with .88–1 mm… It’ll be interesting to see if they flex. I imagine it’s a man-made stone with some kind of resin. Dunno

I’ve tried all picks under the sun, from 20,000 year old mammoth tusk to Blue Chip.
Fell back in love with a simple Dunlop delrin, what I used when I was like 18 😋

I've used quarters in a pinch, and I love the attack they produce.

What about acoustics? I use totally different types for this. I have 1mm nylon Dunlop for regular acoustic and Wegen big city 1.4 mm for my Selmer style. I makes a huge difference in tone. Getting the right tone In Gypsy Jazz means you need to pick in a completely different way. I keep going back to my usual style in difficult situations and while I can play it the tone is not right. Every string move starts with a down stroke regardless.
